A new champion was crowned on the latest episode of TNA Impact.

The November 7th episode of Impact saw Mike Bailey put the X-Division Championship on the line against Moose. Following the hard-hitting battle, Moose hit the spear for the 4th time to defeat Bailey and win the X-Division Championship for the 1st time in his career.

To make Bailey’s night even worse, Trent Seven attacked his former tag team partner after the loss and choked him out with a towel to close out the segment.

Adding to his previous accolades, Moose is a former 3-time World Champion and 2-time Grand Champion in the promotion.

In a further update, Mike Bailey appears to be done with TNA following this match.

What Else Happened On TNA Impact?

Although Joe Hendry failed to win the World Championship from Nic Nemeth at Bound For Glory, the Scottish star is not done with Nemeth or his brother Ryan. Premiering his latest song, Hendry told “The Ryan Nemeth Story”, which was a quick clip of Hendry saying “He’s Nic Nemeth’s brother …the end!” Hendry will face Ryan Nemeth the following week.

NXT star Wendy Choo also made her return to Impact as she faced off against Rosemary in a no disqualification match, which saw Rosemary pick up the victory.

A “From The Vault” match also aired on the broadcast that saw the match between Mustafa Ali and Mike Santana, which was likely put in place of the match at the taping that saw Chris Bey suffer a serious injury.

The opening match of the show saw Jordynne Grace and Masha Slamovich defeat Tasha Steelz and Alisha.
