Now that Madcap Moss’ girlfriend has declared that she’s a free agent, could she be on her way back to WWE?
Earlier this month, Tenille Dashwood posted on social media and revealed that she was dating SmackDown’s Madcap Moss with a tongue-in-cheek caption about finally finding her “captain.”
Dashwood signed with IMPACT Wrestling in 2019, but August 21st, a post on Twitter indicated that she was now a free agent. Madcap Moss took the opportunity to respond with an emoji of a pair of eyes, indicating that he was interested in the status.
As Moss is currently signed to WWE and works on the SmackDown brand, this seems to indicate that he’s interested in his partner joining him now that she’s free of contractual obligations.

Dashwood is no stranger to WWE, having debuted in the company’s developmental brand FCW shortly before it was rebranded to NXT. Known then as Emma, the star became an NXT fan favorite, known for awkwardly dancing her way to the ring amidst a sea of bubbles. Long before the Four Horsewomen rose to prominence in NXT, Emma was instrumental in helping make women’s wrestling a focal point of the brand when she faced Paige for the NXT Women’s Championship at NXT ArRIVAL in February of 2014.
Emma made her main roster debut in early 2014, and would go on to form a comedy partnership with Santino Marella. She returned to NXT in 2015 for feuds with Bayley and Asuka. When she made her way back to the main roster, it was teased that she would be rebranded into an Instagram influencer-like character called Emmalina – but after months of vignettes, she announced that Emmalina would be returning to Emma.
Tenille Dashwood was released from her WWE contract in October of 2017 immediately after she faced Asuka on Raw.
