Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson made a shock WWE return and reunited with AJ Styles on Monday Night Raw!
The season premiere of Monday Night Raw saw The Judgment Day address the crowd. After gloating about making Edge say “I quit” at Extreme Rules and inflicting damage on Beth Phoenix, Finn Balor turned his attention to AJ Styles, who he’s invited to join the group in recent weeks.
Balor said that his patience was wearing thin and that Styles needed to make a decision, which brought Styles himself to the ring. He said that Balor was right, and that he’d been alone for far too long. He knelt down before telling Balor that he needed family, seemingly sealing his entry into The Judgment Day with a hug.
However, everyone was shocked when Styles revealed that he wasn’t talking about joining The Judgment Day after all, and instead was signaling the return of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson to the WWE. As commentary called the pair the OC (standing for Original Club, the name they’d gone by before being released from WWE in 2020), the three men attacked the members of The Judgment Day, gaining retribution for their repeated attacks on AJ Styles in recent weeks.

Though it was reported by PWInsider earlier today that the former Raw Tag Team Champions were on their way back to WWE, it comes as a surprise that they’ve made their appearance already as Karl Anderson is still the currently reigning NEVER Openweight Champion.
During the pair’s most recent run with WWE from 2016-2020, they alluded to their Bullet Club roots and teamed up with AJ Styles to form The Club. They managed to capture the Raw Tag Team Championships twice during that run and also won the WWE Tag Team World Cup in 2019. Gallows had previous runs with the company as both Festus and later Luke Gallows, who joined the Straight Edge Society led by CM Punk in 2009.
Elsewhere on Monday Night Raw, Johnny Gargano defeated Austin Theory and Rey Mysterio was victorious over Chad Gable. Full results from the season premiere of Raw can be found here.
