Lucha House Party Split In WWE Draft

Lucha House Party

Ahead of tonight’s WWE RAW, it’s been confirmed that Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik have moved to RAW, splitting Lucha House Party.

Following the news that Kalisto would remain on SmackDown following Talking Smack, the other two members of Lucha House Party had remained undrafted alongside Shorty G and Mickie James. Earlier tonight, WWE confirmed that Shorty G had been drafted back to SmackDown and now we know the fate of Dorado and Metalik, too.

The WWE Draft continues on tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW, where talents like Bayley and Bray Wyatt’s future location will be determined.

Kalisto formed the team alongside Metalik and Dorado in 2018 following a run on 205 Live, where the trio even had their first tag team match. LHP would then become a regular fixture on RAW, competing against various Superstars before being involved in a rivalry with The Revival. The trio was drafted to SmackDown in October 2019, and Kalisto suffered a shoulder injury just two months later. The former United States Champion returned to the blue brand in August.

While on SmackDown, Lucha House Party often found themselves challenging for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships, while a split had been teased as tensions rose between the trio.
