Long-Running WWE Show Cancelled

A WWE show has come to an end after more than 200 episodes.

After The Bell, which aired on podcast platforms and on YouTube, aired its final episode on November 10th and is not set to continue. The final guest on the podcast was Bobby Lashley. The news was broken by Fightful Select, who confirmed with WWE sources that there are no plans for any new episodes.

Announcer Corey Graves hosted nearly every episode of the show, with Vic Joesph being brought on as a co-host before being replaced by Kevin Patrick towards the end of the show. After The Bell aired its first episode in October 2019 and featured Seth Rollins, Triple H, Ric Flair and Bayley as guests. Generally focusing on one major guest, Graves and a co-host would recap the big news in wrestling before conducting an interview with the guest.

The 200th episode featured an extended interview with John Cena, who addressed topics such as his conversations with SAG-AFTRA to allow him to return to WWE for 2 months and what his goals are 20-plus years in the wrestling industry.

Fightful Select do note that they are unsure if the decision has been in discussion for a number of weeks or if the decision was made as Corey Graves and his wife Carmella recently gave birth to their first child.

WWE Ends Another Podcast

Not wanting to miss out on the podcast boom, the promotion launched numerous podcasts in the past few years which have since come to an end. Along with After The Bell, The New Day’s Feel The Power podcast appears to be over as it has been broadcasting best of episodes since September 2021. Additionally, Alexa Bliss hosted her own podcast Uncool with Alexa Bliss, which began in September 2020 and only ran for 12 episodes.
