Logan Paul has confirmed that he will be staying with WWE.
The YouTube star broke the news on social media with a photo of himself and Triple H writing “Contract renewed.”
ESPN notes that the contract is a “multi-year deal.” Paul said that he was looking forward to building his WWE legacy.
“I feel incredibly blessed to have found something that I’m good at, at 28 years old,” Paul said. “And the fact that the organization believes I’m good enough to continue hopefully building this WWE legacy is mind-blowing. And I’m incredibly grateful and incredibly blessed. And as long as I can keep putting on good shows, man, I’m gonna keep doing this sport.”
After impressing in his debut match at WrestleMania 38, where he teamed with The Miz to defeat The Mysterios, Logan Paul signed with WWE in June 2022. In the months after agreeing the deal, the star took on Miz at SummerSlam, earning another win. He followed this up with a widely-acclaimed performance against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel, unsuccessfully challenging for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title.
Despite suffering a knee injury in the match, Paul returned to action at the Royal Rumble. At the event, he kickstarted a rivalry with Seth Rollins and later cost the former World Champion the United States Title at Elimination Chamber. This set up a match between the pair at WrestleMania 39 which Paul lost.
Heading into the spectacular Paul revealed that his contract with WWE was expiring at the event. Despite this, it was reported that the belief in WWE was that Paul had agreed a new deal.
