Logan Paul is determined to get revenge at SummerSlam!
Logan Paul made his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 38, teaming with The Miz to take on Dominik and Rey Mysterio. After an impressive in-ring performance, the YouTube star helped his partner secure the victory for their team. However, as they were celebrating their victory, The Miz shockingly turned on Paul and hit a Skull Crushing Finale on his tag team partner.
After being betrayed, Paul had some strong words for his former partner, indicating that the two were no longer on good terms.
On the June 27th episode of Monday Night Raw, The Miz referenced photos of Paul training at the WWE Performance Center and declared that he and the YouTube star would be teaming up once again at SummerSlam, despite the aftermath of their WrestleMania 38 bout.
However, when it was announced on June 30th that Paul had signed an official WWE contract, the star made it clear that he wanted nothing to do with his former partner and had signed the contract to get his hands on him in retribution at SummerSlam.
On July 9th, Logan Paul doubled down on this and posted a video to social media to make his intentions clear:
“Miz, I don’t know what to tell you, man. I’m not confused about what I said, and I’m definitely not gonna change my mind based on what The Miz said. I don’t want to be your partner. I don’t want anything to do with you. In fact, I said it when I signed my WWE contract, and I’ll say it again now so you can read my lips: I’m coming for you Miz at SummerSlam. Understand?”

On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, Ciampa was a guest on MizTV to explain his newfound alliance with the former WWE Champion, and Miz took the time to respond to Paul’s video, offering him one more chance to team together at SummerSlam. However, the segment was interrupted by AJ Styles, who once again criticized the size of MIz’s balls, and Ezekiel came out to join the fray.
This led to a tag team match in which Ciampa and Miz face Styles and Ezekiel, with the latter team winning by disqualification when Ciampa wouldn’t stop attacking Styles despite not being the legal competitor.
Later on in the episode, a response from Logan Paul aired in which the YouTube star reiterated his comments once again and said that he wanted to face The Miz one on one at SummerSlam. He also revealed that he will be appearing on Raw next week to address the situation in person.
