Fresh off the back of returning to WWE at the 2023 Royal Rumble Logan Paul is still making headlines.
This time it was to announce that he has signed a multi-year deal with UFC alongside fellow YouTube star KSI. The deal will see Prime become the official global sports drink of the UFC.
The new “marketing partnership” will debut at UFC 284 on February 12th in Perth, Australia.
Logan Paul Secures Huge UFC Deal
Speaking on his Impaulsive podcast, Logan Paul described the deal as the “coolest thing in his life” adding that he had been watching UFC since he was a child.
“Let me tell you something. This is the coolest thing of my life. I’m not kidding. Probably top three accomplishments I’ve ever done. Prime, a drink that KSI and I created is now the official sports drink of one of the biggest global fight organisations in the world. An organisation I have been watching since I was a child and the fact that we are now fueling and partnering with them is mind blowing to me. It’s a simulation. This is not real life, but somehow it’s happened.
We’re gonna be in the corners. We’re gonna be on the ring. We’re going to be at the weigh-ins. And you’re gonna see our commercials during the events. It’s insane, and keep an eye out for Prime x UFC.”
The news comes just days after the star made a surprise return to WWE as part of the men’s Royal Rumble match. Paul entered the match at number 29 and eliminated Seth Rollins before being thrown out by eventual winner Cody Rhodes. However, he still managed to produce one of the highlights of the match via a spectacular mid-air collision with Ricochet.
With John Cena seemingly on course to face Austin Theory, there have been rumors that Paul could now face Seth Rollins at the spectacular.
