Fans now know where the first episode of WWERaw on Netflix will take place.
Following on from the initial announcement at the start of 2024 that WWE Raw would be exclusively broadcast on the streaming platform worldwide beginning January 2025, promotion and behind-the-scenes preparations have been underway ever since. While January 6th was confirmed as the date of the new era, the location was held off until November 17th.
As first announced on social media, the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California will be the site of the important show.

The location was previously reported by numerous outlets ahead of the official announcement. Given that Netflix’s HQ is in California and company officials are expected to be in attendance for the show, many expected California to be the location of choice.
John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns and Bianca Belair are all part of the advertising material for the announcement.
Footage was also uploaded that saw Triple H appear onstage at a Travis Scott concert and presented the rap star with a custom Championship. Triple H also confirmed that Scott would be a special guest on January 6th.

Over the past weekend, Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fought in a boxing match that was streamed live on the platform. While many were looking forward to the fight, technical issues including buffering and the app crashing took place throughout the night, leading some to express their concern over whether the same could happen when the flagship show moves over to Netflix in the new year.
