Liv Morgan’s First Comments Since Injury Setback Confuse Fans

Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio express frustration on WWE RAW

The WWE Universe is buzzing over the status and future of Liv Morgan. One-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions suffered a dreadful in-ring injury last night, but today she’s drawing controversy for a racy update.

Liv Morgan was having another successful year, in and out of the ring, when she locked up with Kairi Sane during Monday’s live RAW from Green Bay. As the Japanese fan-favorite grabbed Liv’s leg for a takedown, it appeared the Judgment Day member went down and immediately rolled to the floor, clutching her arm. RAW went to commercial and it was announced that Sane won via referee stoppage at just under the three-minute mark.

The Miracle Kid was helped to the back by two medics as Dominik Mysterio was not around due to The Judgment Day mixing it up earlier with AJ Styles after JD McDonagh was beaten by The Phenomenal One, who walked off with Dominik’s Intercontinental Championship belt. Michael Cole later announced a dislocated shoulder for the 31-year-old, and now she has seemingly confirmed that Dom is not in the doghouse.

Liv Morgan Shares Positive Update Following WWE RAW Injury Situation

A few hours before the unfortunate injury, Monday’s WWE RAW opened with IYO SKY having heated words with Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio. The segment ended with the Women’s World Champion dropkicking the Intercontinental Champion and one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions. Shortly after that, Rhea Ripley ruined Liv’s plans once again.

Dirty Dom and Liv are both recovering from rough nights at RAW, but Morgan took to X today to dismiss any talk of lingering issues between she and her man, or within The Judgment Day. The outspoken Superstar shared a risqué locker-room photo with the third generation grappler, captioning it with a three-word declaration and two emoji, but no injury update for fans.

“Dom’s best friend [two red hearts emoji] [sparkles emoji],” Liv Morgan wrote with the photo below.

Morgan recently began a feud with Nikki Bella for a rumored Evolution match. She’s also chasing IYO and the Women’s World Championship, while she and partner Raquel Rodriguez have dealt with Roxanne Perez in recent weeks.
