Liv Morgan Has Hilarious Reaction When Asked If She Enjoyed Ric Flair’s Last Match

Liv Morgan celebrates as WWE SmackDown Women's Champion at WWE Clash At The Castle 2022

Ric Flair’s Last Match divided opinion among wrestling fans – but SmackDown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan didn’t have much to say on the matter.

It’s been a little over a month since Ric Flair controversially returned to the ring, teaming with Andrade El Idolo in a victory over Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal. The match saw Flair bleed profusely to the extent that he was unable to sit up while executing the finishing Figure Four Leglock, which made the match end on what was technically a double pinfall.

Liv Morgan, the current SmackDown Women’s Champion, has commented on the match – well, she was asked to, at least. When questioned on what she thought of the match, Morgan remained hilariously silent.

Ric Flair, who many believe shouldn’t have wrestled at all, has discussed the reaction to the match, stating how he wished he didn’t say it would be his last match:

“I wish I hadn’t said it was my last match. That’s gonna get heat. Hell, they wanted me to wrestle in Puerto Rico on Saturday night. I said, ‘Guys, I cannot get in the ring one week later.’ And the guy looked at me and said, ‘Well, you know what, could retire in Puerto Rico can’t you?’ No, no, no that’s not the point.”

Liv Morgan was in action at WWE Clash At The Castle, retaining the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Shayna Baszler. The former Riott Squad member paid tribute to the late ‘Sensational’ Sherri Martel during the encounter.
