Liv Morgan has reason to celebrate.
To say 2024 has been Morgan’s year would be an understatement. Returning from injury at the Royal Rumble, Morgan looked to make an impact in her latest run.
Although Morgan was unable to win the Royal Rumble and was not on the WrestleMania 40 card, her luck began to turn around shortly after. Injuring Rhea Ripley and forcing The Eradicator to vacate the Women’s World Championship due to injury, the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour had officially begun.
Next setting her sights on the championship, Morgan defeated Becky Lynch at King and Queen of the Ring to become a 2-time champion, largely thanks to an assist from Dominik Mysterio.
Thanks to her alliances with Mysterio, Rodriguez and The Judgment Day, Morgan has fended off numerous challenges and as of December 11th has held the Women’s World Championship for 200 days.
Acknowledging the achievement on social media, Morgan was as humble as ever:
200 days as the greatest Women’s World Champion of all time. You’re welcome 😘
Morgan first reigned with the title, then known as the SmackDown Women’s Championship for 97 days. Morgan became the champion after cashing in her Money in the Bank briefcase on Ronda Rousey just hours after winning the case in the opening match of the show.
Liv Morgan Looks Back On Main Roster Debut
No stranger to being part of a faction, Morgan debuted on the main roster alongside Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan, known collectively as The Riott Squad. In an exclusive interview with Inside The Ropes, Liv Morgan made a surprising admission about her time in the group.
Liv Morgan spoke exclusively with Kenny McIntosh for Issue 51 of Inside The Ropes Magazine, which can be ordered here.
