Liv Morgan Qualifies For SmackDown Women’s Survivor Series Team

Liv Morgan gets her hand raised.

On the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown Liv Morgan became the latest Superstar to earn a spot on the SmackDown women’s Survivor Series team.

Backstage Natalya confronted Adam Pearce about having another opportunity to qualify for Survivor Series. Pearce agreed to give her another chance but it would be in a triple threat match against Tamina and Liv Morgan. As she left, Chelsea Green appeared, making her SmackDown debut. The match was then made a Fatal 4-Way with Green also joining the action.

The match was marred by an injury to Green quite early on, so effectively reverted back to being a triple threat. After a series of near falls, Morgan finally picked up the victory pinning Tamina. It was later confirmed that Green suffered a broken wrist after landing awkwardly taking a bump to the outside. It had also been reported that original plan was for Green to win the match.

Morgan joins Ruby Riott and Bianca Belair on Team SmackDown with two more spots up for grabs between now and Survivor Series on November 22nd. Meanwhile, Team Raw is already complete, with Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, Mandy Rose and Lana lying wait for the blue brand.
