Liv Morgan Names Released WWE Star She Wants Back

Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan wants to see a former WWE talent and tag team partner return to the company.

Since Triple H assumed the role as Head of Creative for WWE, several ex-WWE talents have returned to the company. Most recently, Braun Strowman returned on last night’s edition of Raw and laid waste to everyone in sight.

Now that the floodgates are open, many are speculating on who else could make their triumphant return to WWE. Even SmackDown Women’s Champion, Liv Morgan, has her hopes to see a former tag partner return soon.

In an interview with Gorilla Position, Morgan spoke about the recent changes in the company following Vince McMahon’s retirement and Triple H taking over creative. She seemed excited to see both new and old faces.

“I guess as far as product, we’re seeing new faces. We’re seeing old faces come to life again, so that’s been amazing. I feel like everyone is just, morale is really high. The energy’s really high, everyone’s really excited for the future holds and we’re just ready to kick it up to the next level.”

When asked who she personally wanted to see return, the women’s champion simply replied,

“Sarah Logan.”

Longtime fans of Morgan’s WWE career know that Sarah Logan was part of the trio known as The Riott Squad, which also consisted of Morgan and Ruby Riott(now known as Ruby Soho in AEW). WWE released Logan and Soho in 2020 and 2021, respectively, and Morgan has wrestled as a singles competitor on the main roster since.

Morgan successfully defended her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Shayna Baszler at Clash at the Castle last weekend. There’s no news on who her next challenger will be.
