Liv Morgan Set To Star In Hollywood Film Alongside Samuel L Jackson

Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan is slated to trade in her wrestling boots for Hollywood as she makes her acting debut in The Kill Room alongside Samuel L Jackson!

Although she’s currently one of the top female WWE Superstars, Liv Morgan will now take her skills to Hollywood! The real-life Gionna Jene Daddio will star in the Nicol Paone-directed action-comedy, The Kill Room, as was reported by Deadline’s Matt Grobar. The film also stars Samuel L Jackson, Uma Therman, and Joe Manganiello.

Based on a hitman, his boss, and an art dealer’s – played by Manganiello, Jackson, and Therman, respectively – money laundering scheme, Liv Morgan will play the role of an art purist lamenting the dullness of art dealers.

Liv Morgan now becomes the latest WWE Superstar to jump from the squared circle to the big screen, following the likes of John Cena, The Rock, and Batista. She’s one of just a few female Superstars to make the jump, however; Chyna, Becky Lynch, and Naomi are among those she joins.

Signed by WWE in 2014, Liv Morgan made her main roster debut in November 2017 as she, Sarah Logan, and Ruby Riott – collectively known as The Riott Squad – joined the SmackDown roster. All three had previously wandered around the mid-card of NXT, struggling to find a fit.

The last couple of years have seen the 27-year-old come out of her shell, with Liv now regarded as one of the most well-rounded WWE Superstars today. She challenged Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship on a couple of occasions, including a well-received contest at Day 1.

Liv Morgan is scheduled to team with AJ Styles and Finn Balor to contest The Judgement Day – Edge, Damian Priest, and Rhea Ripley – at Hell In A Cell on Sunday, 5 June.
