Former WWE Superstars Lio Rush, ACH and Daivari all made their Major League Wrestling debut recently at the promotion’s reset Fusion television tapings.
Held over Sunday to Tuesday at the GILT nightclub in Orlando, Florida, the company were reported to have taped a whopping sixteen weeks of television which will take them comfortably into the New Year.
The ex-WWE stars made their presence felt alongside current MLW World Heavyweight Champion Jacob Fatu, Davey Boy Smith Jr., Alexander Hammerstone, The Von Erich brothers and more of the promotion’s regular stars.
MLW Fusion has been off of the airwaves for the last five months and have filled their YouTube channel with episodes of Fusion Pulp, MLW Anthology and MLW Underground which spotlights the history of the promotion with some classic bouts of superstars past.
This isn’t ACH’s first stint with the popular indie group, he made his debut for the band on the December 14, 2019, edition of Fusion when he teamed with King Mo to best Injustice. ACH has been plying his trade on the indies since departing WWE in November last year.
Daivari was reported to have worked the television tapings as both an active talent and producer after serving in the same role for WWE in 2019. It has been said that his work producing MLW thus far has received nothing but praise.
Prior to the MLW television tapings, it was reported that Salina de le Renta would also serve as producer on at least one of the episodes.
