Former WWE CEO and President Linda McMahon was in attendance at Money In The Bank on Sunday and was captured on video in a heartwarming exchange with a young fan.
The young man was clearly excited to see a returning John Cena make a shocking appearance following the main event in which Roman Reigns retained his WWE Universal Championship against Edge. The fan approached the ringside barrier with phone in hand to capture the special moment.
A security guard can be seen leaning in to talk to the fan who then takes a few steps backward. Linda McMahon appears to tell the security guard that the child was ok where he was and her own security encourages him to go back where McMahon lets the boy in front of her to capture a few frames of his hero.

Linda McMahon founded Titan Sports alongside her husband Vince going to act as the company’s President and CEO between 1980 and 2009. Although not as prominently featured on WWE programming as the rest of her immediate family, Linda has her own claim to a very special moment in WWE history. At WrestleMania X-7 Linda was ringside to watch her husband and son do battle in a hardcore brawl. After being on the receiving end of Vince’s abuse for several months, Linda rose from a wheelchair during the bout to deliver a swift kick to grapefruits of Vince to rapturous reception inside the Houston Astrodome.
Linda left WWE in 2009 to pursue a career in politics, first running for a senate seat in for the state of Connecticut in 2010, and then again in 2012. McMahon lost both these general elections to her Democratic party opponents. In 2016 Linda McMahon was named Administrator of the Small Business Administration by WWE Hall Of Famer Donald Trump. McMahon stepped down in 2019, going on to play a pivotal role in the re-election campaign of her former boss.
