Legendary Tag Team Expected To Reunite For AEW All In

AEW has a new title

A popular tag team who rose to prominence during WWE’s Attitude Era is set for a reunion as part of AEW’s biggest show of the year, All In.

Following his shock arrival back in 2023, Adam Copeland stated that he was looking to reunite with best friend Christian Cage one more time. However, after Cage famously told The Rated R Superstar “Go f*ck yourself” in response, the two feuded over the TNT Championship with Cope picking up the win in an “I Quit” match.

Returning from injury at Worlds End 2024, Copeland joined forces with FTR to fight The Death Riders. However, at Dynasty, Cope was attacked by FTR and has not been seen since. Additionally, Cage has experienced dissension in The Patriarchy over the past few weeks. According to a new report, a reunion could be in the works.

During a Q and A on Fightful Select, Sean Ross Sapp was asked about a possible match between MJF and The Hurt Syndicate vs. FTR and Stokely Hathaway. In response, Sapp stated that while that was not the plan for All In, there have been discussions for Cope and Christian to reunite and take on FTR.

One of the biggest tag teams in the late 90s and early 2000s, Edge and Christian were part of the legendary TLC matches that also featured The Hardy Boyz and The Dudley Boyz. During their time as a team, Edge and Christian won the Tag Team Championships 7 times.

Another AEW Return To Take Place Soon
