AEW Dynamite now has a new soundtrack.
Kicking off the new year and the new media rights deal on January 1st, the Fight For the Fallen special episode of Dynamite opened with a new theme song that no one could have predicted.
As Dynamite went on air on Wednesday night, The Pointer Sisters’ “I’m So Excited” played over clips of the stars of the company along with previous celebrity cameos from Snoop Dogg and Big Boom AJ. Given that All Elite Wrestling has regularly put on bloodier matches and currently has World Champion Jon Moxley and The Deathriders attempting a hostile takeover with violent attacks, the song was definitely a stark contrast to recent angles that have played out on TV and pay-per-view.

This is the second theme change for the promotion as Tony Khan recently announced that Collision would also have a new soundtrack beginning on January 4th.
On the January 1st Fight For The Fallen Dynamite, Jeff Jarrett addressed his future and a top AEW star underwent a name change.
Former WWE Star Spotted At AEW Show
Although the current roster is loaded with talent, Tony Khan has stated many times that he is keeping track of the free agent market and is willing to sign more stars to his promotion. According to a recent update, a former WWE star is now officially a free agent and was spotted at a recent AEW event.
In other news, Kenny Omega’s TV return date has been made official.
