A new report has claimed that legendary manager Tully Blanchard is “effectively gone” from AEW and ROH.
In recent months, Tully Blanchard Enterprises has been led by the wrestling legend in Ring of Honor. The team was made up of former ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham, Brian Cage, and The Gates of Agony (Toa Liona and Kaun).
However, on the Death Before Dishonor pre-show, the group was “bought” by Prince Nana and immediately renamed ‘The Embassy’. That name has historic roots in ROH going all the way back to 2003 when Nana first formed the group, which has included the likes of Tomasso Ciampa, Alex Shelley, and Claudio Castagnoli over the years.

For the announcement of the sale, Blanchard was noticeable by his absence, something that a new report says could be a permanent development.
According to Fightful Select, he was not at the show in any capacity and, at the time, it was unclear if he had missed his travel arrangements. It was then reported that he was not there due to his prison ministry group.
However, Fightful went on to say that ROH talent and staff have been informed that Blanchard is “effectively gone from the company” and is not part of any plans going forward.
Before moving to ROH, Tully Blanchard was the manager of Shawn Spears and then FTR in AEW until the tag team fired him during an episode of Dynamite back in March.
