Within just a few weeks of her recruitment, this latest signing wants to create history in WWE.
At the end of the recently concluded Vengeance Day PLE on 15th February, fans witnessed Jordynne Grace make a surprising appearance and share a staredown with Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer. While Giulia retained her title yesterday, Stephanie Vaquer became the first-ever South America-born female to win a singles title.
Hoping to recreate a similar achievement, Grace recently opened up on her Instagram. In the recently shared post, Grace wrote:
Not a single former TNA Knockout’s champion has won a title in NXT.
I’m prepared to change that.”
While both Michin and Chelsea Green are two former Knockout’s Champions, none of them have won a title in NXT. Hoping to earn the accolade, Jordynne Grace is set to begin her journey and recently announced her next NXT appearance date.
Former TNA Champion Underwent A Major Pay Cut Ahead Of WWE Signing
Ahead of her signing, Jordynne Grace willingly suffered a major pay cut to make it happen. As per Fightful Select Q&A, Grace effectively “took a pay cut” to sign with her new promotion. The Q&A noted that she had become a millionaire just with her OnlyFans account, and had to shut that down several months ago, effectively taking a pay cut.
