The ratings are in for the Tuesday April 27th episode of NXT.
As noted by ShowBuzzDaily, 744,00 people tuned in to the black and gold brand. With a 0.22 rating in the key 18-49 year-old demographic.
This is down on the previous week where the show pulled in 841,000 fans.
By comparison, the episode of AEW Dynamite from April 21st, drew 1.104 million viewers, with a 0.37 rating in the key 18-49 year old demographic.
The latest episode of NXT saw ‘The Million Dollar Man’ Ted DiBiase come face to face with Cameron Grimes.
The topless yet top-hatted Grimes was seen shopping for the shiniest watch in all the city in a jewelry store. Once he had made his decision, after first discerning which of the gold was real and which was chocolate, DiBiase revealed himself.
DiBiase told Grimes he had picked a nice watch, but it wasn’t a million-dollar watch before giving Grimes his patented laugh.
It was also announced that Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart will defend their NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles against The Way on the May 4th episode of the show. Meanwhile, Raquel Gonzalez’ first challenger for her NXT Women’s Championship has also been revealed. Mercedes Martinez will look to topple the champion on May 11th.
Elsewhere NXT teased the debut of the ‘Diamond Mine’ and a victorious first appearance for Zayda Ramier who upset Toni Storm.
In the main event, Legado Del Fantasma defeated MSK and Kushida in a franetic Six-Man Tag Team Match.
