If you want to know when the Hulk Hogan Netflix biopic is set to release, don’t ask Chris Hemsworth.

The man many know as Thor has been slated to to run wild with the “Red & Yellow” all the way back in 2019 but no word yet has been made as to when filming is set to start

In a new interview with Chris Van Vliet, Hemsworth was asked if he had any updates when Hollywood would drop the big leg on Netflix to get production underway.

“I don’t know what’s happening with it at the moment, but there’s a good story there. I’d love to tell it. I know Todd Phillips has been deep in the world of The Joker, but we’ve had conversations, and yeah, fingers crossed.”

The Buzz Around Hemsworth As Hogan

Chris Hemsworth hasn’t been the only one to express his enthusiam for the potential biopic getting made. Back when Hemsworth was getting “God Of Thunder” ready Hogan shared some photos of Hemsworth flexing his own set of 24-inch pythons. Hemsworth was recently doing promotional work for the release of Extraction 2 which is also on Netflix, but the Hogan biopic had some notable names tied to it. Along with Phillps, who directed Joaquin Phoenix’s version of The Joker, Eric Bischoff was tied to the production as an executive producer.

If wrestling fans are itching to see a pro wrestling biopic at some point, fear not. Zac Efron, along with MJF, are in production for “Iron Claw” the tragic tale behind the legend of The Von Erichs.
