Lance Archer Reacts To Brutal Injury During AEW Dynamite

AEW Star, Lance Archer took to social media to issue a statement after taking a scary bump on the October 23rd edition of AEW Dynamite.

During his match with Eddie Kingston, Archer went for a top rope moonsault and landed on his head.

It was a terrifying moment and clearly shook Archer. However, after taking some time to recover he was able to finish the match and walk to the backstage area.

Taking to Twitter, the former IGPW United States Champion addressed the injury, thanked the promotion and stated he would back:

Listen. We choose to do this and take our health n lives in our hands every night. I’ve done that move hundreds of times over my career. Just under rotated. Coulda been MUCH worse. Thank you to ALL at @AEWfor taking AMAZING care of me and protecting me. I’ll BE BACK!

Archer and Kingston have been involved in a feud recently, which saw them clash in tag team action. Suzuki-gun, Archer and Minoru Suzuki took on Kingston and Jon Moxley in a Lights Out match on Rampage: Grand Slam.

The Murderhawk Monster signed for the company last year after stints in WWE, Ring of Honor, IMPACT! Wrestling and NJPW.
