‘The Southern Belle’ Lacey Evans has confirmed that she is currently pregnant two weeks after announcing her storyline expectancy on Monday Night Raw.
On February 15, 2021, Evans announced to the world that she was expecting on Monday Night Raw with most assuming that ‘The Nature Boy’ was the father after the pair’s dalliance in their feud with Charlotte Flair.
However, the the thirty year old has confirmed that her pregnancy is in fact legitimate in an interview with American Brain and Brawn after rumours began to circulate that the news was not just part of the storyline:
“I’m having a baby ya’ll. I didn’t expect it to be right now, as of a week ago. Women in sports entertainment, women in general, you never know. I don’t have an office job where I can get a big belly and type away at a computer desk. That’s not what God put in my life. Unfortunately, I gotta take it easy.”
Once Evans informed the company that she was expecting her second child with her husband, the star was promptly withdrawn from her scheduled Elimination Chamber WWE Raw Women’s Championship Match with Asuka on February 21.
Currently it is unknown how the news will affect her current storyline with Ric and Charlotte Flair, however, the star was absent from the February 22 edition on Monday Night Raw with ‘The Nature Boy’ told to simply return home by his daughter.
