LA Knight Open To Netflix Spin-Off Series With Hollywood Megastar

WWE star LA Knight has commented on the possibility of starring in his own Netflix spin-off series and already has a co-star in mind.

While fans are aware of Knight’s work in the ring, the former United States Champion has been previously spotted in commercials, an episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine and also was an extra in Triple H’s workout video. With WWE now a part of the Netflix family, there are now more opportunities than ever before for the stars of the squared circle to try their hands at acting.

Speaking with Alistair McGeorge of Metro about the possibility, Knight first made the pitch for what the show would be:

“My first instinct is, we should do something comedic, but I don’t think that would be the right move. I feel like we need to do some sort of – maybe we take it easy on me and get my feet wet with a little maybe action-drama of some sort. And maybe it’s some sort of a mini series, or maybe even a little quick, little quick little movie or something.”

When asked about a potential co-star, Knight wasted little time in naming a Hollywood A-lister to join him on the show:

“Sydney Sweeney. For me, like acting is not an end all, be all. But if the opportunity presents itself, I won’t say no!”

In other WWE acting news, a major name from the wrestling world is set to join MJF for Happy Gilmore 2.

LA Knight Involved In Scary Incident Over The Holidays

Between Christmas and the new year, the stars from Raw and SmackDown went on the road as part of the annual Holiday Tour live events. Prior to one of the shows, LA Knight informed the fans that he got involved in a car accident but nothing would stop him from making the event.

In a new interview, LA Knight offered up praise to a fellow WWE star.
