WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle has claimed one of The Undertaker’s finishing moves can be so devastating that you really should go to the toilet before taking it.
The Olympic gold medallist was discussing his legendary bout with The Undertaker at No Way Out 2006 on the latest edition of The Kurt Angle Show [available early and ad-free at AdFreeShows.com]. During the discussion Angle was asked which of the Deadman’s moves was the most devastating to receive, and Angle said unequivocally that it was The Last Ride:
“Without a doubt The Last Ride. You want to make sure you don’t have to go to the bathroom when you take it. It will knock the sh*t out of you, the air out of you, the p*ss, everything. You’ll go to the bathroom in your pants with that move alone. Empty everything before.”
On the show, Kurt Angle also discussed the build-up to his match with The Undertaker, which began when the Phenom returned to WWE to confront Angle at the 2006 Royal Rumble. According to Angle, watching The Undertaker’s legendary entrance had quite a different effect on him from receiving The Last Ride:
“I remember Undertaker coming out at the end of the Royal Rumble pay-per-view and his entrance was orgasmic. I literally thought I was going to have an orgasm. The chills were going up and down my spine. It’s the greatest entrance of all time, and when you’re in there, you get sucked in.”
“I will tell you, from his entrance theme, all the way to when he gets to the ring and getting in the ring, Undertaker has this persona that’s so overwhelming. And when you get in the ring with him, you know you have to be on your ‘A’ game. This guy, not just his performance level, (and) his athleticism, but his character is so gory and intimidating. When you get in the ring with him, you’re actually nervous, you’re scared.”
