Randy Orton was hospitalized by Kevin Owens.

Update: It was later announced that Orton is currently being checked for undisclosed cervical injuries.

After Crown Jewel, the rivalry between Randy Orton and Owens has reached new heights. Despite their scheduled match in Saudi Arabia, the bout never took off as both the stalwarts ended up attacking each other before the bell rung.

Tonight on the November 8th episode of the blue brand, an enraged Randy Orton looked forward to avenging his beat down against Owens from Saudi Arabia. However, The Prizefighter had other plans.

Coming out wearing a “Kevin is Right” t-shirt, the former friends immediately got into a brawl. Soon enough, Kevin Owens pushed aside the officials and dropped Orton with a “banned” piledriver to leave him motionless in the ring. While Owens escaped through the crowd, a breathless Orton had to be stretchered away.

Announcer Michael Cole consistently insisted on how dangerous the Piledriver is, and how there are reasons behind it being banned.

As The Viper gasped for breath, his ally Cody Rhodes tagged with him to the hospital. With the rivalry reaching new heights, fans wonder how low Owens can stoop to prove his point.

The Rock Addresses His WWE Future

During a recent media tour of his upcoming ‘Red One’ film, The Rock appeared in an interview with LADBible in the UK. Discussing his future at the Stamford-based promotion, The Rock stated:

Any opportunity I can to go back and not only make appearances, but help to expand the company, whether domestically or globally, I always go back. It’s also part of my obligation that I happily do.

I came along in the 90s and wrestled for Vince into the 2000s, so there’s some real connective tissue that goes back generations, and for that I will forever be grateful, because it provided me a platform and a way to express myself in ways that nothing else would allow, other than acting.

So the opportunity for me to become a director, sit on the board, take that position, is just another way that I could help the company grow.”
