Former WWF and WCW World Heavyweight Champion, Kevin Nash, is set to battle COVID-19 with firearms in the upcoming motion picture, COVID-19: Invasion.
Produced on a minimal three million dollar budget, the plot of the movie sees a swarm of Chinese COVID infected bats find their way to the United States of America to spread the pandemic. Rex (Kevin Nash) and his Navy Seal Team Six are tasked with stopping them.
Written, directed and produced by Micah Lyons, the movie will also feature Brooke Lyons as Carrie, David D. Ford as Dean and Swayde McCoy as Slater.
Though no release date is currently available, IMDb list the flick as currently in post-production.
This isn’t Nash’ first time in front of the camera, however. Previously, ‘Big Daddy Cool’ has appeared in Magic Mike XXL, portrayed Francis in John Wick, was The Russian in the movie adaptation of The Punisher in 2004 and arguably his biggest film role ever, was Super Shredder in the 1991 sequel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Secret of the Ooze.
On television, the master of the Jackknife Powerbomb popped up in the pop culture classic, Sabrina The Teenage Witch, The Love Boat: The Next Wave, Detroiters and six episodes of Living the Dream.
