Steve Austin and two-time WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash discuss everything from “Big Daddy Cool” and The Kliq to The nWo and the Monday Night War, as well as never-before-heard road stories.
Kevin Nash gained his big wrestling break in WCW back in 1990. However, after appearing under the whelming guises of Oz and Vinnie Vegas, the near seven-foot tall, former college basketball star headed north to WWE.
Debuting in 1993, initially as bodyguard to Shawn Michaels, Nash quickly established himself as a star in his own right, becoming WWE’s third ever Triple Crown champion. While success followed inside the ring, Nash also became somewhat notorious outside of it, becoming close friends with Tripe H Shawn Michaels and Scott Hall, in the group famously known as ‘The Kliq.’
Following the infamous ‘curtain call’ at Madison Square Garden in 1996, Nash along with Scott Hall returned to WCW, where they formed the nWo with Hulk Hogan.
‘Big Daddy Cool’ later returned to WWE on numerous occasions either side of a stint with TNA (IMPACT Wrestling).
After the end of his in-ring career, Nash became a two-time WWE Hall of Famer. The former WWE Champion was inducted on his own in 2015, before being inducted again as part of the nWo in April 2021.
