On May 2nd WWE released the latest documentary in the ‘WWE Untold’ series, “Two Dudes With Attitudes” looking back at the partnership between Shawn Michaels and Kevin Nash.
The pair initially came together in mid 1993 when Kevin Nash joined WWE from WCW, becoming Shawn Michaels’ bodyguard. Debuting under the name Diesel, Nash helped Michaels win the Intercontinental Championship, before later winning the belt for himself.
Posting on social media, Kevin Nash revealed that he “teared up” watching the documentary which looks back at what he calls an “amazing” time in his career.
Nash also joked about shooting a documentary during a pandemic after suffering with the virus, which might leave you looking not quite at your best!
Just watched the peice on Shawn and myself. Tearing up as I relive such an amazing time in my life. Thank you @WWE and @peacockTV for letting me relive it. Note to self NEVER EVER shoot a documentary on your life during a pandemic in which you had the virus and look like it.

As reported on WWE.com the documentary features interviews with Kevin Nash and Shawn Michaels, recalling their time together both in and out of the ring.
“This new documentary takes WWE fans back to the Dudes’ formation in 1993, when Michaels saw something in a young Kevin Nash that not many others could see. With one phone call, both of their lives would change forever, as Nash risked everything to leave WCW and enter WWE as The Heartbreak Kid’s imposing bodyguard, Diesel. What followed was a meteoric rise to the top, a bit of hellraising and a lifelong friendship.
Michaels and Nash sit down to reveal how their time together included not only lessons for the squared circle, but for life outside the ring as well. The episode will also feature interviews with WWE Executive Director Bruce Prichard and author David Shoemaker, who share their insights on Diesel and HBK’s dominant run in the ’90s.”
You can watch WWE Untold: Two Dudes With Attitudes on the WWE Network and on the Peacock network in the US.
