Kevin Nash revealed the results of a recent MRI after years of damage suffered in the ring.
On a recent edition of his Kliq This podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash addressed those who claim wrestling is “fake.” When discussing whether children should be told that wrestling is predetermined or whether they should be allowed to believe in the fantasy as long as possible, Nash had this to say:
“I don’t know how old they are. If they’re eight, they’ve already googled, ‘Is this sh*t fake?’ It’s like anything else. When somebody says, ‘Is what you do fake,’ you say, ‘Yeah.’ They go, ‘Not the chairs.’ I go, ‘Oh yeah, that’s the fakest thing of all.’ Because they would end up defending your business, to where if you do the [David] Schultz and pop somebody’s eardrum, ‘So that feel fake?’”
Kevin Nash Recently Underwent An MRI For Back Pain
Continuing, Nash revealed that he recently began suffering severe back pain despite not having any notable strain on his back. According to the Hall of Famer, an MRI found herniated discs that are the result of his decades in professional wrestling.
“I woke up off an airplane a couple weeks ago. I didn’t take a bump, I didn’t do sh*t, I didn’t work out, I didn’t j*rk off, I didn’t take a f*cking straining dump, and man, I had sciatica, and it didn’t go away, and I went and got an MRI, and I’ve got a couple herniated discs, and that ain’t from anything except cumulative damage to doing that ‘fake’ bullsh*t, landing on wood, with a 300-pound guy landing on top of you.”
Kevin Nash recently engaged in a war of words with former WWE United States Champion Logan Paul. On a recent podcast, Jim Ross explained why he wasn’t a fan of Nash and Paul taking shots at each other.
