Kevin Nash has been forced to pull out of an upcoming appearance due to recent health issues.

The WWE Hall of Famer was set to make several meet & greet appearances for MCW Pro Wrestling in Maryland this weekend but has unfortunately had to pull out at the last minute,

In a video uploaded by the promotion to social media, Nash explains that he’s suffering from herniated discs in his back. While he’s been actively working with doctors on the issue, his condition is causing him too much pain to be able to travel.

Hey, it’s Nash. Had some problems with a couple of herniated discs in my back. Have been back and forth through therapy and doctors and MRIs and everything else and I thought that I’d be able to travel and make a couple appearances, and at this point right now, I couldn’t even make the flight.

I’m in too much pain and I don’t take pain medication, so I’m not going to medicate myself. I don’t drink so I’m pretty much on raw nerves right now. I apologize, I was looking forward to seeing everyone but that’s not going to be a possibility and it looks like I’ve got a little bit of a road ahead of me to take care of this lower back and to regain my youthfulness.

I’ll tell you one thing, man, I definitely paid the price. Again, sorry I couldn’t make it but if there’s any way I could have, I would have because I was looking forward to seeing everyone – especially after that Ravens win.

Everyone here at ITRWrestling wishes Kevin Nash all the best in his recovery.

Would Kevin Nash Ever Wrestle Again?

During a recent edition of his podcast Kliq This, Kevin Nash shared a recent conversation with his wife where he unequivocally stated that he will never return to the ring. Nash hasn’t wrestled in over six years, last competing at a Big Time Wrestling event in August 2018.

That doesn’t mean that his time in professional wrestling is over though. Nash clarified that if his long-time friend Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque, WWE’s current Chief Content Officer, pitched something that interested him, he would be open to a TV role with the company.
