Back in September at AEW All Out, The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks) became the first ever AEW World Trios Tag Team Champions in company history, however, they were stripped of their belts just days later on the next AEW Dynamite after getting into a backstage brawl with CM Punk following his media scrum comments.
Since then, fan speculation has been running wild about the possible return of the group, and All Elite Wrestling (AEW) themselves threw fuel into the fire themselves on last week’s AEW Dynamite after airing a video promo that appeared to tease the return of The Elite — and at AEW Full Gear at that. The clip showed the pay-per-view’s signature clock and cogs, and then Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks show up in front of what appears to be a Full Gear-style poster.

AEW Teases Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks Return At Full Gear
Last week’s video package from All Elite Wrestling (AEW) isn’t the only tease that the promotion has released about the potential return of The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks) at AEW Full Gear, there also appears to be another Easter egg on one of the posters promoting the pay-per-view event.
On their official YouTube on Tuesday, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) streamed a show called “AEW Countdown to Full Gear: Extended Cut,” but before the show aired, people were also in a frenzy with what was located in the background of the graphic promoting the show. In the distance, Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks appear to be behind bars and in a prison-like area, which has led fans to speculate that it could be a tease that the group will be theoretically “freed” by the company at their Full Gear event.
