The Elite The Young Bucks Kenny Omega Matt Jackson Nick Jackson AEW Dynamite

In a match that that was tipped to steal the show, Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks saw their run of dominance at the top of AEW’s trios division come to an end at the hands of the House of Black.

After a cagy opening things kicked into gear with a showdown between Omega and Malakai Black. From here the House of Black enjoyed a spell on top thanks to an impressive showing from Brody King.

However, The Elite came fighting back, and looking to be heading to the win until Julia Hart distracted Nick Jackson. This sent the intensity to a whole new level, and saw Omega accidentally flatten Hart with a V-Trigger after she climbed onto the apron.

With Hart down, a frantic scene played out in the ring with both teams scoring near falls. The Bucks set up for the Meltzer Driver, but Buddy Matthews hammered Nick Jackson in mid-air, and he and King followed up with Dante’s Inferno to pick up a popular win.

Kenny Omega To WWE?

Despite being an integral part of All Elite Wrestling since the promotion was created Kenny Omega has been heavily linked with a move to WWE in recent weeks.

The reports came after it was noted that WWE are chasing a huge free agent, and Omega’s contract was due to expire in January. However, an unspecified amount of time has been added to that deal due to Omega missing the bulk of 2022 through injury.

Although there have been reports that the ‘Best Bout Machine’ could be open to a move to WWE.
