According to PWInsider, Keith Lee will be the recipient of a new theme tune and this time he will provide the vocals.
The report states that the former NXT Champion was present in New York City on Thursday in order to record the lyrics for the song. It is unknown what the tune will be called or when it will debut.
However, the news will undoubtedly please those fans who took to social media this summer to gripe about Lee’s current ditty which underwent a drastic change upon his call-up to WWE’s main roster. Gone was his iconic ‘Limitless’ accompaniment that helped to define his NXT run and in its place stood a more generic tune.
Recently, the Monday Night Raw Superstar has been embroiled in a mini-feud with ‘The Monster Among Men’ Braun Strowman after the pair fought to a double count out on the October 5 edition of the red brand.
The rivalry is now considered to be over, after Strowman defeated Lee this past Monday.
Since his call up to the main roster the night after the 2020 SummerSlam, Keith Lee has made a splash on the red side of WWE’s main roster divide. He whitewashed Randy Orton in short order at WWE Payback on August 30, was part of a Triple Threat Match to crown a new No.1 Contender to the WWE Championship on the August 31 Raw and fought WWE Champion Drew McIntyre to a no contest and disqualification finish on the September 14 and 21 Raw respectively.
