AEW star Keith Lee has responded to reports that have questioned his attitude while in WWE, suggesting that Lee was difficult to work with.
Keith Lee was released from his WWE contract in November 2021, sitting out his non-compete clause before making his surprise AEW debut on the 9th of February edition of AEW Dynamite.
Since his WWE exit, The Limitless One has had to contend with different reports suggesting that he wasn’t easy to work with during his time in the company.
Speaking to the New York Post, Keith Lee discussed how he deals with such rumours and asks why he would give time to things he knows aren’t true:
“At the end of the day, man, I’m very much like these old school guys like I really don’t pay attention to the internet like that, and half the time I don’t really pay attention to the apps. Like I may post a thing and someone who helps me with my account may post a thing that’s trying to be positive for other people or promote what I do here in AEW, especially now.”
“I feel like this. If there’s no truth to it then why should I give it any credence? This is going to sound arrogant and I don’t really care. At the end of the day, it is beneath me and I treat it as such.”
Keith Lee will make his AEW pay-per-view debut as part of the Face Of The Revolution ladder match at Revolution where he faces Ricky Starks, Powerhouse Hobbs, Wardlow, Orange Cassidy, and Christian Cage.
