Kay Lee Ray has been confirmed as the final participant in the women’s WarGames Match set for December 5th.

On the November 23rd episode of NXT, the rivalry at the head of the women’s division continued to escalate. While it had already been confirmed that the women will be settling their differences at WarGames, the final line-up for the match had yet to be determined.

On November 16th Raquel Gonzalez, Cora Jade and Io Shirai laid down the challenge to Toxic Attraction and Dakota Kai. There was just one problem, the women issuing said challenge only had three Superstars on their team.

However, on the most recent edition of the show that fourth spot was filled by record breaking former NXT UK Women’s Champion Kay Lee Ray.

On the show Cora Jade was squaring off against NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose when Kay Lee Ray arrived at ringside. She threw her baseball bat into the ring allowing Jade to roll up the champion and score a surprise win.

Later on backstage, the Scottish star told Gonzalez, Shirai and Jade that she would be teaming with them at WarGames. Not only that she would be taking on Dakota Kai in the Advantage Ladder Match on next week’s show.

Kay Lee Ray made her NXT debut at the conclusion of NXT TakeOver: 36 where she stared down then NXT Women’s Champion Raquel Gonzalez after her win over Dakota Kai.

Speaking with Inside The Ropes‘ Lead Writer Gary Cassidy back in May, the Scottish Daredevil said that it would be a dream to go to the United States. The now former champion also discussed a potential showdown with the Four Horsewomen.
