Karrion Kross Receives Praise From WWE Hall Of Famer For Unique Talent

Karrion Kross

Karrion Kross got some one-of-kind props from a WWE Hall Of Famer.

Kross may be known for his cold-blooded “killer” persona on WWE programming, but the former two-time NXT Champion does have a humorous side. Courtesy of a past video with Chris Van Vliet, buzz got round regarding his spot-on impersonation of Jesse Ventura.

Kross’s rendition of The Body could only be rivaled by comedian and former MAD TV star, Will Sasso, who has a plethora of pro wrestling impersonations in his arsenal. Van Vliet decided to let social media weigh in on who does the ultimate version of Ventura and the WWE star got the endorsement of the one voice that matters: the one he was imitating.

“Nobody does Jesse Ventura better than Jesse Ventura! But if I had to choose… sorry Mr. Sasso… [Karrion Kross] has clearly done the reps needed to win this contest.”

Karrion Kross A ‘Big Fan’ Of Jesse Ventura

Karrion Kross in all likliehood may have been caught off-guard by Ventura voicing his vote in the matter. He took the time to thank the pro wrestling legend for the high praise and tipped the cap to another Ventura’s late colleagues.

“Thank you! This has become such a wild thing … you and Gorilla [Monsoon] were the voices of my childhood. Very big fan of yours – always will be!”

Kross, along with his wife Scarlett, sure have a knack for creativity. Before even showing up in WWE, he was one of the early adaptors at creating his own vignettes online. He even has continued that trend during his current run with the company as he and Scarlett did a video alongside another wrestling legend in Kevin Sullivan.
