Karrion Kross Finally Breaks Silence About WWE Exit

During a live stream of the Ariel Helwani Show, the host sought clarification from Kross about whether it was appropriate to ask certain questions, considering the nature of the pro wrestling business. He specifically inquired if the entire exit scenario was part of a storyline.

Kross (real name Kevin Robert Kesa) expressed his gratitude to Helwani for the respect shown during the discussion and stated that he was speaking sincerely, not in character. He confirmed that he and Scarlett had indeed left the company, which indicated that their contracts were not renewed.

An excerpt of their conversation has been reproduced below:

[Helwani]: People could talk about the unreals and all that stuff. I think there are certain questions that you shouldn’t ask out of respect for what you do and what it’s all about.

[Kross]: I appreciate that.

[Helwani]: ) But I do feel like I need to ask you a certain amount of questions and I need to be as sort of pointed as possible, okay?

[Kross]: Sure, of course.

[Helwani]:Are you working us right now?

[Kross]: No, I’m not answering questions today as a character.

[Helwani]: This is legit. This is, Kevin [Kevin Robert Kesa].

[Kross]: Yep.”
