WWE Hall of Famer Kane has shared a picture showing that he still has an amazing physique despite being 55 years old.
While Glenn Jacobs is now the Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, he is best known to wrestling fans as the monstrous Kane, onscreen half-brother of The Undertaker. Following his debut in 1997, The Devil’s Favourite Demon spent over two decades terrorising WWE.
The Big Red Machine had three World Championship reigns as well as capturing the Intercontinental Championship twice and the Tag Team Championships an impressive 11 times. Besides the championships, Kane took on a who’s who of WWE Superstars across the eras including the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin, John Cena, and Shawn Michaels. He is also famous for his years-long feud with The Undertaker, with the pair competing against each other in Hell in a Cell, Buried Alive, and even Inferno matches which saw the ring surrounded by fire.
Later in his career, Kane took on a more comedic role when he joined Daniel Bryan – now AEW’s Bryan Danielson – at anger management classes. The skits were hugely popular and led to the duo forming Team Hell No and having a successful run in the tag team division.
Now, Jacobs has taken to Twitter to show off his physique at 55 years old, and he looks like he could very well step back into the ring at any time. He credits how he looks to DDP Yoga, which is extremely popular among pro wrestlers.
“Thanks to @DDPYoga and low carbs for making 55 look (and feel) this good!”
WWE’s official Kane Twitter account retweeted the post, joking that Jacobs’ alter-ego hopes he looks “half as good” at that age.
Wow, I hope I look half as good at his age! https://t.co/QASdfpUh6l

Kane last competed in the 2021 Royal Rumble match, where he was able to eliminate two competitors before being put out of the match by Damian Priest. Before that, he teamed with The Undertaker in 2018 to take on Shawn Michaels and Triple H in Saudi Arabia at Crown Jewel.
