Julia Hart AEW

AEW‘s Julia Hart is back in action.

The former TBS Champion has been absent since July but recently returned targeting former Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter.

After several weeks of vignettes, Hart returned to television on the December 14th episode of Collision, where she attacked Hayter. The Brit had just lost the Wrestle Dynasty International Women’s Cup Qualifier Tournament Final to Willow Nightingale when the lights went out. When they turned back on Hart had her in a headlock and planted her with a DDT.
Following the attack, Hayter called Hart a coward and blasted her for the sneak attack. She then issued a challenge to Hart for a one-on-one match at Fight for the Fallen and promised to dish up a heavy dose of Hayterade.
On the December 21st edition of Collision, Hart responded to Hayter in a backstage promo accepting the challenge before adding “The House always wins”.
The match was then made official and the two former champions will face off on January 1st 2025.

When Did Julia Hart Last Wrestle On AEW Television?

Hart’s last match in an AEW ring was 8 months ago. Hart faced Willow Nightingale at the Dynasty PPV on April 21st, in a House Rules match for the TBS Championship.

Nightingale defeated Hart ending her reign at 155 days. Following the loss Hart was taken off programming to undergo surgery to repair her shoulder.

Prior to her leaving Hart was a popular member of the roster. Her association with The House Of Black was a far cry from the cheerleader valet for The Varsity Blondes. Her dark persona, Stevie Nicks inspired aesthetic and improved in-ring performance made her a fan favourite with the audience.

In other news, Julia Hart made AEW history when she broke a four-year record at Full Gear.
