One member of The Judgment Day would love to see this WWE NXT star join the group.
The Judgment Day has gone through many transformations since Damian Priest and Edge aligned to form the group in 2022. The current version of the faction includes Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, Carlito, and a recently-returned Raquel Rodriguez.
With Survivor Series: WarGames on the horizon, speculation has already begun as to what groups will face off inside the steel cage surrounding a double ring.
Speaking in a new interview with WWE – Die Woch on Instagram Live, JD McDonagh was asked who would be a good fit as the fifth male member if his faction is to compete inside WarGames. McDonagh pointed to Oba Femi, who recently made history as the longest-reigning NXT North American Champion of all time before losing the title to Tony D’Angelo on October 8th.
“We need a badass (for an additional Judgment Day member in WarGames). Maybe Oba Femi from NXT. Someone out of left field. Yeah. Somebody big. A big enforcer. I’d take him… He’s got swag, he’s got confidence, he can throw people around. I think he’d fit in. I’d take him… I wonder would he look good in purple?” (h/t POST Wrestling)
Is Carlito Set To Leave The Judgment Day?
According to a recent report, discussions have been held in WWE about Carlito exiting The Judgment Day for a potential singles push. While there is no timetable as to when this is expected to take place, the report makes it clear that discussions have been in the works, particularly as the group feels crowded after the recent addition of Raquel Rodriguez.
