Josh Barnett took to Twitter to announce that violence is back as Bloodsport returns for its seventh edition next month.
Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport is an event not for the faint of heart. It features the best combat and MMA strikers and submission style wrestlers from all over the world. The matches take place on a ring canvas without turnbuckles and ropes and can only end by knockout or submission.
The violence returns
October 22nd at the Ukrainian Cultural Center.

Previous shows have seen some of wrestling’s toughest competitors take to the canvas. Fighters and wrestlers such as Minoru Suzuki, Filthy Tom Lawlor, Davey Boy Smith Jr and WALTER to name but a few.
Earlier this year GCW ran Bloodsport 6 in April that was headlined by Barnett vs Jon Moxley in a brutally physical encounter that left both men beaten and bloodied.
The event was first devised in 2018 by GCW and WWE Tag Team Champion Matt Riddle who competed in the first event against NJPW’s resident psycho Suzuki. The show also featured Eddie Kingston, Dan Severn, Timothy Thatcher and Nick Gage.
Over the years Bloodsport has become a must-watch experience for fans of the MMA-infused catch wrestling style.
The event takes place on Friday, Oct 22 at the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Los Angles. The PPV is available to purchase on Fite TV.
