Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 3 has announced its first slate of matches for the October 11th event including the main event, which will see Jon Moxley lock horns with Chris Dickinson.
We will also see Simon Grimm (formerly known as Simon Gotch in WWE) facing off against Matt Makowski and Erik Hammer vs Kal Jak.
The Bloodsport events are contested in rings with no ropes and all matches must end via knockout of submission.
Also announced for the event are:
‘Filthy’ Tom Lawlor
Davey Boy Smith Jr.
Deonna Purrazzo had been announced for the show but has pulled out citing health concerns.
Unfortunately, I’ve made the decision to cancel my shows for The Collective weekend.
With BFG coming up, my highest priority needs to be staying healthy and leaving adaquant time self-isolate, if need be.
This is just precautionary. I’ll see y’all soon, I promise ❤️ Stay safe!

The event had previously been scheduled to be a part of this year’s WrestleMania weekend but was cancelled in the wake of the pandemic.
Moxley has shown interest in the Bloodsport concept dating back to the first show in 2018 and it appears he will finally get to show what he’s got inside a Bloodsport ring. Hopefully, the third time will be the charm for Moxley.
This will be the third Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport, but fourth overall under the Bloodsport banner. The concept show began in 2018 as Matt Riddle’s Bloodsport and was originally scheduled to be headlined by Riddle vs. Low Ki but changed last minute to Riddle vs. Minoru Suzuki.
Bloodsport will be shown live on fite.tv as part of The Collective.
More information on the events taking place as part of The Collective can be found here.
