TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace shocked WWE fans with a surprise debut in the Royal Rumble!
Two years ago, Mickie James made history by entering the women’s Royal Rumble as the IMPACT Knockouts Champion. Despite being an IMPACT-contracted talent, James had an impressive performance in the bout, lasting for just over 10 minutes and eliminating Michelle McCool in the process. Now, history has been repeated once again.
The current TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace made a surprise appearance in the match, entering at number 5 in what was her WWE debut. The 27-year-old was seen going toe-to-toe with WWE stars like Ivy Nile and her former TNA rival Trinity Fatu, better known as Naomi in WWE, who she dethroned for the Knockouts title at Hard To Kill just weeks ago.
A huge congratulations to @JordynneGrace on making history once again and entering the #RoyalRumble.
See the Knockouts World Champion every Thursday at 8/7c on AXS TV, or in person at our upcoming events in New Orleans, Windsor and Philadelphia. Tickets: https://t.co/hrFN63WC00pic.twitter.com/vJvX5y0jmH

Bianca Belair Ended The WWE Debut Of Jordynne Grace
After nearly 20 minutes in the bout, Grace got into a confrontation with Bianca Belair. After a short back-and-forth that almost saw the elimination of both women on several occasions, the two faced off on the ring apron. Belair eventually powered Grace onto her shoulders, hitting her with KOD onto the ring apron. This caused Grace to fall to the floor, ending her short but sweet WWE debut.
Grace has become one of the most notable non-WWE female stars across the last 13 years of her in-ring career. On top of various championship reigns in her current home promotion of TNA, Grace has also captured championship gold in promotions like PROGRESS, Black Label Pro, and World Series Wrestling.
