John Cena has an interesting hack to obtain McDonald’s ice cream despite being told it was not an option at first.
As many customers of the fast-food establishment are aware, obtaining a signature McFlurry can sometimes be easier said than done depending on whether or not the ice cream machine is working. The machines being unreliable has become noticeable online with many questioning if they really do break down that easily. According to Cody Rhodes, bribery is the key.
Appearing on SportBible’s Snack Wars, Rhodes recalled one time when he and Cena were at a McDonald’s at 2 am and wanted a McFlurry. Despite the initial protest, a $100 overpayment from Cena got the job done:
“People hating on the Golden Arches, I won’t stand for it. I won’t. McDonald’s is there late at night. One time, John Cena, me and John, 2 am at McDonald’s. They always hit you with the same thing, ‘Hey, ice cream machine is down. We can’t make the McFlurry.’ ‘Really? You can’t make the McFlurry? What if I give you a $100 bill.’ This is John. in the moment, they turned that thing on. McFlurry was right there for him.”
As the legendary Ted DiBiase famously said, everybody’s got a price!
