John Cena is heading to WrestleMania 39!

Cena arrived on Raw to a monster ovation but before he could get down to business he was interrupted by Austin Theory.

The United States Champion began by paying tribute to Cena and said he was his childhood hero before saying that he had a present for him. That present was a match at WrestleMania.

In response, Cena said no to the match because Theory hadn’t earned the right to ask. The veteran questioned Theory’s heart and soul, commenting that fans don’t believe in him because he doesn’t believe in himself. Cena continued saying by pointing out a sign that said Theory was a Cena wannabe, joking he’s going through his “Ruthless Aggression” phrase.

Cena scalded Theory some more saying that he was one pair of trunks away from being a jabroni. After Cena said that the United States Champion’s name was appropriate as he’s only good in Theory, the young star fired back by making fun of Cena’s bald spot.

Theory said that Cena had given up and had no respect despite those slogans being on his shirt and hat. Cena said he would rather go bald than have WWE pipe in crowd noise for his matches because no one cares.

Cena said Theory was in a lose-lose situation, but that he left him no choice but to ask the fans whether he should accept the match at WrestleMania. The sure-fire Hall of Famer made the match official and wished Theory luck because he doesn’t have the brains, guts, or the balls.

As Cena left he introduced and then embraced Cody Rhodes at the top of the ramp.
