John Cena has named the WWE Superstar that is the “hardest worker he knows” and also lauded them for their “passion and perseverance.”
Cena took to social media to lavish praise on his WrestleMania 27 opponent The Miz. The sixteen-time champion of the world was commenting on a post from WWE advertising The Miz’s new WWE 24 documentary which is available on Peacock and the WWE Network.
John Cena faced The Miz in the WrestleMania main event in 2011. With ‘The Most Must-See Superstar’ shockingly retaining his WWE Title thanks to The Rock. That was the first of two reigns as WWE Champion for The Miz, with his latest coming more recently in early 2021. The Miz cashed in his Money In The Bank contract on Drew McIntyre at the Elimination Chamber event. His reign came to an end less than two weeks later on Raw as Bobby Lashley decimated Miz in just over three minutes.

The Miz’s WWE career started when he appeared as a contestant on season four of Tough Enough. Despite finishing as runner-up, Miz was offered a developmental deal in Deep South Wrestling. He made his SmackDown debut in June 2006 as the host of the blue brand.
Despite early criticism and being banished from the WWE locker room for a spell, The Miz has gone on to become a WWE Grand Slam Champion. Winning every major title that is available to be won in the company. At WrestleMania 37 he was involved in one of the most talked-about matches of the weekend. Miz and long-time tag team partner John Morrison faced Damian Priest and rap superstar Bad Bunny. Bunny and Priest won the match when Bunny hit a diving crossbody onto The Miz who was prone on Damian Priest’s shoulders.
