John Cena’s final appearance for this WWE PLE announced.
Starting in 2025, veteran Cena is set to begin his ‘retirement tour’. After enjoying an almost two-decades-long career in the promotion, Cena is set to bid adieu to it. Currently enjoying a successful and hot Hollywood run, The Leader of Cenation wants to focus completely on it.
Next year’s WrestleMania 41 will also mark Cena’s final Mania, and now the promotion has confirmed Cena’s final appearance for another PLE. John Cena will participate in the Elimination Chamber 2025 PLE in Toronto on March 1st, but his role has yet to be announced. Cena’s last Elimination Chamber match took place in 2018, for the
Universal Championship Contendership.
The former champion is expected to work around 40 dates in 2025 and has already been confirmed for Raw’s Netflix debut show on January 6th, Royal Rumble 2025, and WrestleMania 41. However, no match or rivalry has been confirmed for his retirement tour.
Since the announcement, John Cena has shared his excitement about appearing at Elimination Chamber one last time.
John Cena’s ‘Peacemaker 2’ Wraps Up Filming
On 23rd November, DC Studios Co-CEO James Gunn shared some good news for the fans. The highly awaited Peacemaker season 2 has finally wrapped up shooting. The show gained massive popularity with its first season, and now fans find it closer to the next season.
While Cena stars as the titular character in the show, Gunn acts as the creator and the writer.
